York Pride Fest 2017

 
We were proud to sponsor the 2017 York Pride Fest here in Newmarket. Our NewRoads Crew dawning the rainbow tie-dye T-shirts lead the front of the parade and were among many out in support of the first Pride parade down Main Street on Saturday, June 17th, 2017.
 

 
It was the first time the parade was held in the town after several years in Richmond Hill, and by most accounts, it was a great start and incredible success.
 
Newmarket’s Main Street was shut down with the Pride Parade joining two other events (The Farmer’s Market and Artisan Fair) forming a family-friendly party at River Walk Commons.
 

 
The Main Street merchants joined in with rainbow foods and drinks for all to enjoy. We received many positive comments with people happy to see Newmarket as a diverse community that brings the everyone together.
