We want you to have the right car, even if it's not ours. NewRos has four different automobile dealerships. That means that if you walk into our Chevy dealership and through talking to you we thought what you really needed was a new Kia, we'd recommend one.
Not only that, but you'd get exactly the same deal on that vehicle as if you went directly to our Kia dealer. The same goes for all our dealerships. Walk into one, it's like walking into them all.

Visit

Visit one of our used car lots and you've visited all four. If you're looking for a used car, why should you be doing all the driving around? After all, you're the buyer. That's why if you visit one NewRos dealer you've visited all four of our used car lots.
Every dealer has access to every car in our network. That's a lot of cars. And that's just one of the benefits of doing business with us.
Another is that we treat you the same as if you were buying a new car. The same respect, guarantees and after-service.

Horrible Things

A few horrible ways to get out of your car lease. If you lose your job or driver's licence. If you're self-employed and go bankrupt. If you're transferred to another country. If you get critically ill or become physically disabled. If any of these things happen within the first 12 months of your lease, you can return your vehicle.

We'll buy your car at a guaranteed price, even if you don't buy one from us. Why would we do something like that? Other dealers don't. Well, we do it because a lot of people think the process of tring a car against a new one is some kind of a game.

Screwed

The only quote to remember on car repairs: "I didn't get screwed." It seems the complaints about car repairs have unfortunately become cliches. After all, who hasn't been overcharged? That's why we have a guarantee. It simply says that a quote is a quote, no extras.
That means that if we quote you say $200 for a repair, we'll charge $200, even if it cost us an extra $100.
If you come to us, every repair conceivable is menu printed and priced accordingly. No small print disclaimers and no exceptions. You'll also get a free loaner car if you want, or shuttle service.

Drink

It states that for whatever reason you decide the car you bought isn't right, you can return it for a full refund. That's right, a full refund.
For instance, say you don't like the sound of your new horn. You can return the car. Or, say the colour doesn't match your favourite shoes. Yup, return it.
