Many people have the desire to read more books, but struggle to actually find the time to read. Make a habit of reading for just 30 minutes in the morning or before bed each day. Even if you don’t consider yourself a fast reader, you should have no issue reading a book a month under this approach.
Note: If you’re not enjoying a book, there’s no harm in moving on. You wouldn’t finish a movie or TV series you couldn’t stand. A book is no different.

Stop procrastinating and book a trip early in the new year. This way, you’ll have something to look forward to in the ensuing months and will be less likely to back out.

Get more sleep

The less sleep you get, the more tired and exhausting your days will feel. If it seems like you’re constantly lacking energy and motivation, ask yourself if you’re getting the recommended eight hours of sleep each night. If not, it’s time to make a habit of going to bed a little earlier.
