What is your favourite food?

How can it not be a potato, really has anyone had a bad one? Whether it is baked, french fried, mashed, on the barbecue, as a potato chip, etc. All great ways to eat the spud! But I do like a good rare steak to accompany my spud.

If you could witness any historical event, what would you pick?

I’m going to be a little selfish here, because there are way more important events than this. 1967 the last time the Leafs won the cup!

What advice would you give to someone interested in NewRoads?

If you are interested at all in a retail automotive career, this is the place to be! The opportunities to learn and develop are endless including formal and informal training. As a long standing member of the NewRoads team, I have always been provided with the training to perform my work and continue to develop my skill sets both professionally and personally.

What’s your favourite part about working at NewRoads?

I would have to say my co-workers and in my role, getting to know my customers. It is truly a team environment, and although there may be disagreements, we understand the importance of listening and collaboration.

What is something unique we should know about you?

I am a die-hard snowmobiler. I have been snowmobiling since I was two and it is truly my passion in life. I love to discover new areas to explore and the quietness that comes with the ride. Also, I was very opposed to adopting a dog, however, my family convinced me. Moose has become my best friend. He is a Shitzu / Maltese mix (a very big, scary dog). LOL

What book are you currently reading?

With the passing of Walter Gretzky, I am re-reading his book based on family, hockey and healing. It really does help put things in perspective and focus on what is important. ​
