Driving a car fast can be a lot of fun. Especially when you do it safely and under the watchful eye of a trained professional, it makes all the difference.

Cadillac understands the difference training makes and that’s the goal behind the V-Series Academy at Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club. And an onsite clubhouse, pool, massage, dining and more, only furthers the incentive to learn how to drive performance cars.

Purpose built outside Las Vegas, the facility highlights over 6.5 kilometres of racetrack and 38 metres of elevation changes. As stated by General Motors, the “V-Series Academy curriculum was designed by legendary race car driver Ron Fellows, a class winner at the 24 Hours of Daytona and Le Mans.” Fellows is one of Canada’s most decorated professional race drivers.

“The experience of driving a Cadillac V-Series car is extremely convincing,” said Don Butler, vice president of Cadillac marketing. “This new partnership with Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch opens a new experience in a truly luxurious setting for consumers to enhance their skills and put a series of world-class performance cars to the test.”

Classes are offered year-round with a maximum of 12 students per session. One-day sessions are priced at $1,295 US with two-day intense training costing $2,995.To register, visit www.CadillacVAcademy.com.
