Newmarket Superstore | We have a Wonderful Neighbour in Herbert

I was so very proud to receive this message below on Facebook from our retail “neighbour” Herbert.  We had donated a bunch of NewRoads bags for his cause.  In fact, Herbert has many causes that he leads and we are very proud to call him neighbour, customer and friend! He does so much for so many.  Here is Herbert’s message:
Thank you Jim for your generosity, not only in our community but around the world.
 
I just returned from Tanzania, Africa; a volunteer for ABCD helping children at risk continue their education and achieving their dreams.
When I saw the NewRoads bags, I was honoured to be able to say I new you and told our group how much you have contributed to Artcures Inc. and the Newmarket Superstore Toy Drive.  We packed your bags with soap, toothpaste, pencils, school notebooks, clothes, books, calculators and so much more to help these kids continue their schooling.
 
I hope this photo makes you feel proud in the knowing that you have helped give hope to some young minds in Africa.
