Hope In Purple Heels – Belinda’s Place Woman’s Shelter Fundraiser

Last Saturday, September 29th, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend for the second year in a row the Belinda’s Place woman’s shelter main fundraiser – Hope In Purple Heels.  This classy and vibrant fashion show held at Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket once again was first class.

The food was exquisite (catered by the Edward Street Market and Bistro).  The models and the fashions were stunning.  It was extremely well organized including fine wines and valet parking. There were more amazing gifts handed out via draws than I have ever seen at any event.  Upper Canada Mall and the Belinda’s Place Organizing Committee for Hope In Purple Heels truly out did themselves again. Belinda Stronach spoke this year and was quite impressive – displaying her confidence as a woman and also her humble and appreciative side – complimenting highly the organizers and the real need for this shelter.

At The NewRoads Automotive Group we are simply so pleased to be the title sponsor for this event to help ensure it’s success.  Amazing over $55,000 was raised from the evening event !!!!

I personally may even head to the mall soon for a new fashionable fall sweater…
