Mazda Kizuna Members – Lisa and Jim Freemantle

 
We are very excited to congratulate our very first members of the very exclusive Mazda Kizuna program! Lisa and Jim Freemantle have been long time Mazda customers and the Kizuna program is Mazda Canada and NewRoads Mazda’s way to acknowledge them as outstanding customers. Kizuna is the Japanese word for “Special Bond”, and in this case we really feel that through their exceptional loyalty our Kizuna members have shown us this bond.
 
Between both Lisa and Jim they have purchased 10 Mazda’s, and 7 from our NewRoads Mazda location!  We had a chance to sit down with them and talk a little bit about their experience with Mazda over the years. Lisa said that it all started with her father, when she was younger he purchased a Mazda and it was only the beginning of a life long love for the brand. When Lisa turned 16 she was surprised with a 1974 Mazda GLC, and she confirmed with me that it was one great little car! When asked what Mazda the couple loved most, it was a toss up because they truly felt that each Mazda was the best for the time that they had it. With a growing family they found a Mazda to fit each stage of their life. Whether it was traveling with their 3 children in the Mazda5, or feeling sporty in the MX-6 Lisa and Jim really couldn’t decide on their ultimate favourite ride. Currently they are sporting a CX-7 and a Mazda 3 and could not be happier.
