New Year’s Eve at EG Sports Complex

Join friends and family on New Years Eve to celebrate Canada 150 and the start of 2017!

This family friendly, free night will feature fun activities including skating, face painting, outdoor games, fire pit and live concert. The evening will end with a bang at 9 p.m. with a countdown and a fireworks display.

THINGS TO DO:

6 to 7: 30 p.m. Free family skating on the NewRoads Arena
6 to 7: 30 p.m. Free ‘Light up EG’ youth skating on the Atlas Arena
6 to 8 p.m. Face painting in Canada Hall
6 to 8 p.m. DJ Demeanour live on the outdoor stage
8 to 9 p.m. Stacey Renee Band on the outdoor stage
6 to 9 p.m. Snack bar
6 to 9 p.m. New Years Eve Winter and Ice Zone with building blocks, ice sculpture photo frame, two fire pits,   picnic tables & BBQ
9 p.m. New Years Eve countdown and fireworks display to ring in 2017!

Let us take care of the driving this New Years! Take one of our two community shuttles.

SHUTTLE ONE:  Will depart from Ross Family Complex at 6 p.m. and will loop all night.
SHUTTLE TWO:  Will depart from Holland Landing Community Centre at 6 p.m. and then stop at the Civic Centre before continuing on to the Sports Complex. The shuttle will loop all night.
