NewRoads Cares | Boys Night Out Tailgate Party

It is not unusual to find NewRoads creating fun for their team and finding ways to help in our Community.

At the recent NewRoads Boys Night Out Tailgate Party – where the dealership was turned into a cool “Man’s Cave” and over $1400 dollars was raised for the Kids Help Phone one thing was very evident… it really is our employees. The whole team that creates and nurtures the awesome culture we have.

This culture is the springboard to fund raising, high performance and fun overall at the dealership.

There is one pretty special employee at the dealership who seems to find an enormous amount of energy to not only complete his job as Service Manager at the highest of performance – but is the engine behind getting special events set-up. So many help, but he is key.

To that end the team decided to get him a little for this event.  His nickname is Superman, so special Superman socks – yes, socks with little Superman capes were presented to him – as a small appreciation for all he does.
