“Real People, Not Actors”

So if you have watched TV in the past month or so you have probably seen one of these commercials by Chevrolet where they talk to “Real People, Not Actors”. The commercials take a look at focus groups of 400 non-Chevrolet-drivers from the Los Angeles area and have a pretty comical spirit about them. The groups are introduced to the brand and its design, technology and safety features in unexpected ways often hilarious situations. Though not to be lost in the comedy are some important serious points regarding the new Chevy line up. Through out the commercials we see people underestimating Chevy only to be proven wrong and shocked at their findings.

Paul Edwards the US VP of Chevrolet marketing said:
“The premise of the campaign is that when most people experience a Chevrolet car or crossover, they don’t always know about what it has to offer and are surprised by what we offer,” He continues to say “Chevrolet has always been a very authentic brand and we thought that the authenticity of showing real people in this campaign was really powerful statement.”

Could not have said it better my self Paul! Watch the videos and maybe learn a thing or too about Chevy.
