Red Bull Global Rally Cross
We’re in full-blown rally season (not like it ever ends, though). Right now the Subaru Rally team is making their way through the Red Bull Global Rally Cross series. As they just finished in LA, 2 weeks ago, they took on Barbados over weekend! Currently, Subaru is 11th and 12th in the standings. There is still time for the team to get ahead, because anything is possible in rally cross!
For the race in Barbados over the weekend the Subaru Rally Team USA fielded one car for driver Sverre Isachsen. They decided to send the 2014 car and keep the 2015 model back to prep for the upcoming races in Las Vegas. The teams took on the most challenging course in the series, known as the longest and fastest in the series history at 1.1208 miles long. Being the first track longer than a mile, it includes 2 new passing zones, and a camelback jump (to send the cars flying) it for sure produced some of the best racing in the RedBill GRC season!
