I'm a true advocate for employee experience, diversity & equality. I'm truly customer focused and this is why I enjoy working for NewRoads. Our customers have to be the forefront of each experience no matter on how much they spend. My former roles at TD Bank, Eaton's and now NewRoads keep me motivated because we are customer focused.
This is my daily mantra: (also known as client-centric) is a business strategy that's based on putting your customer first and at the core of your business in order to provide a positive experience and build long-term relationships.

Maria Montessori all Children can explode to learning and each child has the right to learn. Dr. Katalin Karikó the scientist behind the RNA Vaccine that's hopefully stopping the spread of the Coronavirus.
Women that made a difference or keep making a difference inspire me to be a better person and would love to leave a footprint that I made a difference.
If you could switch roles for a day with anyone in the company, who would it be?
I would like a position in implementing my ideas that have inspired myself to exceed in my daily, weekly, monthly & year to date goals by using my Six Sigma Yellow Belt Degree.
I have always wanted to work with vehicles and thought I would start a career in the Auto Industry that women can make a difference with in the Auto Industry.
What is your favourite food?
I love Europe so any European low carb food with a good low carb wine suits me fine!
