We are proud to be a Canadian Autoworld Employer of Choice Award recipient and like to think it is the result of the positive associates culture we foster.


Our associates feel their voices are heard and not muffled under layers of management. This level of empowerment creates confident associates and improves morale.  Several times each year, upper management holds Town Halls where the entire staff is invited to listen to - and ask questions about the current state of the business, our dealership group and community efforts.


Each year, management and a selection of staff gather for our annual retreat where groups present and engage in group and personal betterment activities.  The presentations and activities are designed to listen to, create and provide actionable measures that are then brought back to their respective dealerships and departments.
